Terms of Service

Who this agreement is with

the service is operated by the operator, . These terms apply between us and the business that registers an account. The service is offered to businesses only; it is not a consumer product, and consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

The trial

A new account runs on a 14-day trial with the full product and no card. It ends by itself. Nothing is charged unless a plan is agreed, and nothing is deleted when the trial ends — the data remains readable and exportable.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance in the currency of the country given at registration. Plan changes are arranged with us directly. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable value added tax.

Where a plan sets a monthly limit, reaching it stops new documents or AI requests being created. It never restricts reading, exporting or downloading anything that already exists.

Your data is yours

You own everything you put into the service, and we claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to run the service for you. A full export is available at any time, in JSON and as CSV files, without asking us.

For the personal data of your own customers you are the controller and we are the processor. That relationship is governed by a separate data processing agreement, which forms part of this contract.

What we do not promise

We do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure, and we will not pretend otherwise in order to look larger than we are. We aim for continuous availability and will say plainly when we fall short.

The service assists with quotes, invoices and reminders. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and the figures it produces remain yours to check. The AI features estimate and draft; they are built never to invent a price, and every one of them falls back to a rule-based calculation when the model cannot be reached — but what leaves your business is what you approved, not what a model suggested.

Ending it

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Requesting deletion of the account starts a 30-day period during which it can still be undone; after that everything is deleted and cannot be recovered. Export first.

We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers the service for others. Where we do, we say why.

Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at the operator’s seat have jurisdiction.
