The AI part
Two places it helps. Everywhere else it stays out of the way.
A model is useful where the alternative is silence or a blank page. It is a liability anywhere it could put a wrong number on a document, so it is not allowed near one.

A visitor at 23:40 gets a range instead of a contact form.
They describe the job in their own words. It asks the two or three things that actually change the price, gives a range with the assumptions it made, and hands you the whole conversation as an enquiry. You still write the quote.

What changed in your trade, read for you.
Once a day: the rule changes, cost movements and tenders that touch your trade in your region, in a few lines each, with the source. Skip it for a week and nothing breaks.
What it will not do
The list that makes the rest believable.
Every one of these is a decision, not a gap waiting to be filled.
- It does not set your prices The estimator works from the prices you entered. It cannot invent a rate, and a range is never sent to a customer as a quote.
- It does not send anything Drafted follow-ups and reminders wait for you to read them. Nothing written by a model leaves the building unread.
- It does not touch an invoice Amounts, tax and payment references are arithmetic and law. There is no model anywhere near them.
- It does not train on your business Your customers, prices and documents are not training data, are not shared between companies, and are not sold.
The rest of the product works with it switched off.
Which is the honest test of whether an AI feature was worth building.
