- Customers and history Every quote, job, invoice and conversation for one customer on one page — including what you charged them last time.
- Recurring work Maintenance contracts and service plans that raise their own jobs and their own invoices on schedule.
- Purchasing Suppliers, purchase orders and what a job actually cost you, next to what you charged for it.
- Tool inventory What you own, where it is and who has it, with a QR label small enough to survive being stuck on a drill.
- Your public website Every registered company gets one, at its own address, built from the same services and prices the quotes use. Point your own domain at it when you are ready.
- Reviews and referrals Ask for a review after the job is closed, and only of the customers who were happy with it.
- Reports Revenue, margin, what is outstanding and how long quotes are taking to come back. Exportable, so your accountant is not locked out.
